English

my idea in producing this work of art was inspired by the proverb “enggang sama enggang, pipit sama sparit, baru can fly the same” which means that everyone is always looking for the same person with the same degree, rank or position. based on this work, the chosen subject is birds and sparrows as a metaphor for the gap between the rich and poor faced by almost all countries, whether backward, developing or developed.
