what will this strategy mean to valleys communities such as blaenau gwent ? can we expect more desperately-needed cultural provisions to be directed into these communities , especially in view of the fact that the minister is ploughing £25 million into the wales millennium centre -- with which i totally disagree ? will the valleys communities be included in this strategy as we all hope that they will be ?
