egy ideje már folyamatban van olaszországban egy ’biztonsági csomag’ néven futó törvénytervezet elkészítése. a múlt októberi drámai események arról győzték meg a kormányt, hogy törvényrendeletté alakítsák, mely azonnal hatályba lép. semmi elhamarkodottság van rögtönzés nem merült fel vele kapcsolatban, és a módosítások mindenképpen a parlament elé kerülnek, mint tudjuk. nézzük a kérdés lényegét, és meg fogjuk érteni, hogy a rendelet tartalma teljesen kifogástalan: a helyzet az, hogy azokat célozzuk meg, akik viselkedésükkel a jogrendet fenyegetik, mely magában foglalja a közbiztonságot, és mindazoknak árt, akik olaszországba jönnek, hogy életükön munkával javítsanak. ez a rendelet nem vesz mindenkit célba, de pártfogásába vesz mindenkit, aki azért jön olaszországba, hogy integrálódjon törvényeinkkel teljes egyetértésben, és akik mindenképpen a nagy többséget képviselik.
the preparation of a bill under the name of a ‘security package’ had been in the pipeline for some time in italy. the dramatic events of last october persuaded the government to convert it into a decree-law, which immediately began to have an effect. there was nothing hasty or improvised about it, and in any case amendments will be tabled before parliament, as we know. let us look at the substance of the question and we will understand that the content of the decree is absolutely fair: it is a case of targeting those who threaten law and order with their conduct, comprising public safety and harming all those who come to italy to improve their lives by working. this decree does not target everybody, but is in favour of people who come to italy to be integrated in complete accordance with our laws and who in any case represent the vast majority.
