बात ये है कि तुम ये समझे बैठे थे कि रसूल और मोमिनीन हरगिज़ कभी अपने लड़के वालों में पलट कर आने ही के नहीं और यही बात तुम्हारे दिलों में भी खप गयी थी और इसी वजह से , तुम तरह तरह की बदगुमानियाँ करने लगे थे और तुम लोग आप बरबाद हुए
yea ! ye imagined that the apostle and the believers would never return to their households , and that became fair - seeming in your hearts , and ye bethought an evil thought , and ye became a people doomed .

ऐ ईमानदारों बहुत से गुमान से बचे रहो क्यों कि बाज़ बदगुमानी गुनाह हैं और आपस में एक दूसरे के हाल की टोह में न रहा करो और न तुममें से एक दूसरे की ग़ीबत करे क्या तुममें से कोई इस बात को पसन्द करेगा कि अपने मरे हुए भाई का गोश्त खाए तो तुम उससे नफरत करोगे और ख़ुदा से डरो , बेशक ख़ुदा बड़ा तौबा क़ुबूल करने वाला मेहरबान है
o you who believe ! avoid much suspicions , indeed some suspicions are sins . and spy not , neither backbite one another . would one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother ? you would hate it . and fear allah . verily , allah is the one who accepts repentance , most merciful .
