when the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandmen?
እንግዲህ የወይኑ አትክልት ጌታ በሚመጣ ጊዜ በእነዚህ ገበሬዎች ምን ያደርግባቸዋል?

and the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another.
ገበሬዎቹም ባሮቹን ይዘው አንዱን ደበደቡት አንዱንም ገደሉት ሌላውንም ወገሩት።

what shall therefore the lord of the vineyard do? he will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard unto others.
እንግዲህ የወይኑ አትክልት ጌታ ምን ያደርጋል? ይመጣል ገበሬዎቹንም ያጠፋል፥ የወይኑንም አትክልት ለሌሎች ይሰጣል።

but those husbandmen said among themselves, this is the heir; come, let us kill him, and the inheritance shall be ours.
እነዚያ ገበሬዎች ግን እርስ በርሳቸው። ወራሹ ይህ ነው፤ ኑ፥ እንግደለው፥ ርስቱም ለኛ ይሆናል ተባባሉ።

he shall come and destroy these husbandmen, and shall give the vineyard to others. and when they heard it, they said, god forbid.
ይመጣል እነዚህንም ገበሬዎች ያጠፋል፥ የወይኑንም አትክልት ለሌሎች ይሰጣል። ይህንም በሰሙ ጊዜ። ይህስ አይሁን አሉ።

but when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, this is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance.
ገበሬዎቹ ግን ልጁን ባዩ ጊዜ እርስ በርሳቸው። ወራሹ ይህ ነው፤ ኑ፥ እንግደለውና ርስቱን እናግኝ ተባባሉ።

but when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, this is the heir: come, let us kill him, that the inheritance may be ours.
ገበሬዎቹ ግን አይተውት እርስ በርሳቸው ሲነጋገሩ። ወራሹ ይህ ነው፤ ርስቱ ለእኛ እንዲሆን ኑ እንግደለው አሉ።

know that the life of the world is but a play and a pastime , and an adornment and a self-glorification among you and vying in respect of riches and children ; as the likeness of vegetation after rains whereof the growth pleaseth the husbandmen , then it withereth and thou seest it becoming yellow , then it becometh chaff . and in the hereafter there is both a grievous torment and forgiveness from allah and his pleasure , and the life of the world is but a vain bauble .
ቅርቢቱ ሕይወት ጨዋታና ዛዛታ ፣ ማጌጫም ፣ በመካከላችሁም መፎካከሪያ ፣ በገንዘቦችና በልጆችም ብዛት መበላለጫ ብቻ መኾንዋን ዕወቁ ፡ ፡ ( እርሷ ) በቃዩ ገበሬዎችን እንደሚያስደስት ዝናም ፣ ከዚያም በቃዩ እንደሚደርቅና ገርጥቶ እንደምታየው ፣ ከዚያም የተሰባበረ እንደሚኾን ብጤ ናት ፣ በመጨረሻይቱም ዓለም ብርቱ ቅጣት ከአላህም ምሕረትና ውዴታ አልለ ፡ ፡ የቅርቢቱም ሕይወት የመታለያ ጥቅም እንጅ ሌላ አይደለችም ፡ ፡
