ከወገናችንም ያሉት ደግሞ ፍሬ ቢሶች ሆነው እንዳይቀሩ፥ የግድ ስለሚያስፈልገው ነገር በመልካም ሥራ እንዲጸኑ ይማሩ።

ከዚህም ጋር ቤት ለቤት እየዞሩ ሥራን መፍታት ደግሞ ይማራሉ፥ የማይገባውንም እየተናገሩ ለፍላፊዎችና በነገር ገቢዎች ይሆናሉ እንጂ፥ ሥራ ፈቶች ብቻ አይደሉም።

we have made the night and the day as two signs . we blotted out the sign of night and made the sign of the day illuminating , so that you may seek the bounty of your lord and learn to compute the seasons and the years .
ሌሊትንና ቀንንም ( ለችሎታችን ) ምልክቶች አደረግን ፡ ፡ የሌሊትን ምልክትም አበስን ፡ ፡ የቀንን ምልክትም የምታሳይ አደረግን ፡ ፡ ( ይህም የኾነበት ) ከጌታችሁ ትርፍን ልትፈልጉ የዓመታትንም ቁጥርና ሒሳብንም ታውቁ ዘንድ ነው ፡ ፡ ነገሩንም ሁሉ ለያይተን ዘረዘርነው ፡ ፡

on their account no responsibility falls on the righteous , but ( their duty ) is to remind them , that they may ( learn to ) fear allah .
በእነዚያም በሚጠነቀቁት ላይ ከሒሳባቸው ምንም የለባቸውም ፡ ፡ ግን ይጠነቀቁ ዘንድ መገሰጽ ( አለባቸው ) ፡ ፡

it is he who made the sun radiate a brilliant light and the moon shed its lustre , and ordained for it stages so that you may learn to count out the years and [ to make other such ] reckoning of time . god has not created all these without a purpose .
እርሱ ያ ፀሐይን አንጻባራቂ ጨረቃንም አብሪ ያደረገ ነው ፡ ፡ የዓመታትን ቁጥርና ሒሳብን ታውቁ ዘንድም ለእርሱ መስፈሪያዎችን የለካ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህ ይህንን በእውነት እንጂ ( በከንቱ ) አልፈጠረውም ፡ ፡ ለሚያውቁ ሕዝቦች አንቀጾችን ያብራራል ፡ ፡

do they not travel through the land , so that their hearts ( and minds ) may thus learn wisdom and their ears may thus learn to hear ? truly it is not their eyes that are blind , but their hearts which are in their breasts .
