የኔ ሴት ልጅ

but she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.
ቅምጥሊቱ ግን በሕይወትዋ ሳለች የሞተች ናት።

and all wept, and bewailed her: but he said, weep not; she is not dead, but sleepeth.
ሁሉም እያለቀሱላት ዋይ ዋይ ይሉ ነበር። እርሱ ግን። አታልቅሱ፤ ተኝታለች እንጂ አልሞተችም አለ።

and by the moon when she is at the full ,
በጨረቃውም በሞላ ጊዜ ( እምላለሁ ) ፡ ፡

for he that is dead is freed from sin.
ነገር ግን ከክርስቶስ ጋር ከሞትን ከእርሱ ጋር ደግሞ በሕይወት እንድንኖር እናምናለን፤

ah , what will convey unto thee what she is ! -
እርሷም ምን እንደ ኾነች ምን አሳወቀህ ?

and what shall make thee know that which she is ?
እርሷም ምን እንደ ኾነች ምን አሳወቀህ ?

but if his shirt is torn from behind , she is lying and he is speaking the truth . "
« ቀሚሱም ከበስተኋላ ተቀድዶ እንደሆነ ዋሸች ፡ ፡ እርሱም ከእውነተኞቹ ነው ፡ ፡ »

even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
እንደዚሁም ሥራ የሌለው እምነት ቢኖር በራሱ የሞተ ነው።

and they said unto her, thou art mad. but she constantly affirmed that it was even so. then said they, it is his angel.

የሞተችውም ምድር ለእነርሱ ምልክት ናት ! ሕያው አደረግናት ፡ ፡ ከእርሷም ፍሬን አወጣን ፤ ከርሱም ይበላሉ ፡ ፡

እርሱንና ቤተሰቦቹንም አዳን ፡ ፡ ሚስቱ ፤ ብቻ ስትቀር ፡ ፡ ( በጥፋቱ ውስጥ ) ከቀሪዎቹ አደረግናት ፡ ፡

and it is god who sends down out of heaven water , and therewith revives the earth after it is dead . surely in that is a sign for a people who have ears .
አላህም ከሰማይ ውሃን አወረደ ፡ ፡ በእርሱም ምድርን ከሞተች በኋላ ሕያው አደረገ ፡ ፡ በዚህ ውስጥ ለሚሰሙ ሕዝቦች በእርግጥ ተዓምር አልለ ፡ ፡

and in the alternation of night and day , and the provision god sends down from heaven , and therewith revives the earth after it is dead , and the turning about of the winds , there are signs for a people who understand .
በሌሊትና መዓልት መተካካትም ፣ ከሲሳይም ( ከዝናም ) አላህ ከሰማይ ባወረደው በርሱም ምድርን ከሞተች በኋላ ሕያው በማድረጉ ፣ ነፋሶችንም ( በያቅጣጫቸው ) በማዘዋወሩ ለሚያውቁ ሕዝቦች ማስረጃዎች አልሉ ፡ ፡

and of his signs he shows you lightning , for fear and hope , and that he sends down out of heaven water and he revives the earth after it is dead . surely in that are signs for a people who understand .
ብልጭታንም ፈሪዎችና ከጃዮች ስትሆኑ ለእናንተ ማሳየቱ ፣ ከሰማይም ውሃን ማውረዱ ፣ በእርሱም ምድርን ከሞተች በኋላ ሕያው ማድረጉ ከአስደናቂ ምልክቶቹ ነው ፡ ፡ በዚህ ውስጥ ለሚያስቡ ሕዝቦች ተዓምራቶች አልሉበት ፡ ፡
