(14) kromě toho několik dovozců a jejich sdružení znovu zopakovalo svou žádost dále omezit šetření na dva kódy kn, jmenovitě 73181561 (šrouby z korozivzdorné oceli se šestihrannou hlavou) a 73181570 (šestihranné maticové šrouby z korozivzdorné oceli). za tímto účelem odkazovali na údajnou nedostatečnou výrobu všech ostatních spojovacích prostředků, které jsou předmětem tohoto šetření, tj. spojovacích prostředků a jejich částí z korozivzdorné oceli běžně dovážených pod kódy kn 73181210 (ostatní vruty z korozivzdorné oceli), 73181410 (závitořezné šrouby z korozivzdorné oceli), 73181530 (šrouby a svorníky bez hlav z korozivzdorné oceli) a 73181551 (šrouby se zářezem a příčným vybráním z korozivzdorné oceli), výrobním odvětvím společenství. v této souvislosti poskytli jako důkaz několik objednávek, které výrobci ve společenství nemohli dodat. kromě toho tvrdili, že se svorníky a šrouby vyrábějí na odlišných strojích.
