then i ran away from you in fear, but my lord granted me the law and has appointed me as a messenger.
그리하여 나는 당신들이 두 려워 도주하였는데 나의 주님께 서 나에게 지혜를 주셨고 나를 선 지자들 중의 한 선지자로 선택하 셨습니다

for i have kept the ways of the lord, and have not wickedly departed from my god.
이 는 내 가 여 호 와 의 도 를 지 키 고 악 을 행 하 여 내 하 나 님 을 떠 나 지 아 니 하 였 으

therefore thus saith the lord of hosts; because ye have not heard my words,
그 러 므 로 나 만 군 의 여 호 와 가 이 같 이 말 하 노 라 너 희 가 내 말 을 듣 지 아 니 하 였 은

i have not created jinn and mankind except to serve me.
내가 영마와 인간을 창조함은그들이 나를 섬기게 하려 함이라

from replacing you with your likes and recreating you in [a realm] you do not know.
너희의 양상을 바꾸어 너희 가 알지 못하는 양상으로 너희를 재창조 하시니라

she said, “i take refuge from you in the most merciful, should you be righteous.”
이때 그녀가 저는 자비로우 신 하나님께 구원하나이다 실로 당신이 경건한 자라면 저를 해치 지 마소서 라고 말하매

indeed when the flood rose high, we carried you in a floating ark,
물이 넘쳤을 때 하나님은 너희를 방주에 태워 보냈노라

and i have not created the jinn and the men except that they should serve me.
내가 영마와 인간을 창조함은그들이 나를 섬기게 하려 함이라

i have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.
내 가 너 희 에 게 쓴 것 은 너 희 가 진 리 를 알 지 못 함 을 인 함 이 아 니 라 너 희 가 앎 을 인 함 이 요 또 모 든 거 짓 은 진 리 에 서 나 지 않 음 을 인 함 이 니

and i beseech you, brethren, suffer the word of exhortation: for i have written a letter unto you in few words.
형 제 들 아 내 가 너 희 를 권 하 노 니 권 면 의 말 을 용 납 하 라 내 가 간 단 히 너 희 에 게 썼 느 니
