"quarrelling therein with each other,
އެއުރެން އެ ނަރަކައިގައި އަރާރުންވާ حال ބުނާނެތެވެ.

and they will say, when they are quarrelling therein:
އެއުރެން އެ ނަރަކައިގައި އަރާރުންވާ حال ބުނާނެތެވެ.

and they will say, and they will be quarrelling in it:
އެއުރެން އެ ނަރަކައިގައި އަރާރުންވާ حال ބުނާނެތެވެ.

then, on the day of resurrection, you will be quarrelling before your lord.
ދެން ހަމަކަށަވަރުން قيامة ދުވަހުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދެބަސްވެ ވާހަކަދައްކާނޫއެވެ.

indeed this is really true – the people of the hell quarrelling among themselves.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ނަރަކައިގެ أهل ވެރިންގެ އަރާރުމުގެ ވާހަކައަކީ، އެއީ حق ތެދުކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

we sent to the tribe of thamud their brother salih so that they would worship god, but they became two quarrelling groups.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ثمود ބާގައިމީހުންގެ ގާތަށް އެއުރެންގެ أخ، صالح ގެފާނު ފޮނުއްވީމެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށް އަޅުކަންކުރާށޭ އަންގަވަމުންނެވެ. ފަހެ، އެހާރުން އެއުރެން އަރާރުންވާ ދެބަޔަކަށް ބެހިގެންދިޔައޫއެވެ.

do not be like those who turned into quarrelling sects after receiving clear authoritative evidence. they will suffer a great torment.
ފާޅުވެގެންވާ ހެކިތައް އެއުރެންނަށް އައުމަށްފަހު، ވަކިވަކިވެ خلاف ވީ މީހުން ފަދައިން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނުވާށެވެ! ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ عذاب އެއް އެއުރެންނަށް ހުށްޓެވެ.

the day when every soul will come quarrelling against itself, and every soul will be fully repaid for what it did, and they will not be wronged.
ކޮންމެ نفس އެއްވެސް، އެ نفس އެއް (دفاع ކޮށް) ޖަދަލުކުރުމަށް އަންނަ ދުވަސް (ހަނދުމަކުރާށެވެ!) އަދި ކޮންމެ نفس އަކަށްމެ، އެ نفس އެއް ކުޅަ عمل އަކަށް (އެ ދުވަހުން) ފުރިހަމައަށް ޖަޒާ ދެއްވާނެތެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންނަށް، ބޭއިންސާފެއް ނުކުރައްވާނޭމެއެވެ.

they will not have to wait long. when the day of judgment comes, it will only take a single blast of sound to strike them while they are quarrelling with one another.
ބިރުވެރި އެންމެ އަޑަކަށް މެނުވީ، އެއުރެން انتظار އެއް ނުކުރެތެވެ. އެއުރެން އެކަކު އަނެކަކާ ދެކޮޅުވެރިވޭވެ ތިއްބައި، އެ އަޑު (އައިސް) އެއުރެން ގެންދާނެތެވެ.

and indeed we sent to the thamud, their fellowman saleh that, “worship allah”, thereupon they became two parties quarrelling.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ثمود ބާގައިމީހުންގެ ގާތަށް އެއުރެންގެ أخ، صالح ގެފާނު ފޮނުއްވީމެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށް އަޅުކަންކުރާށޭ އަންގަވަމުންނެވެ. ފަހެ، އެހާރުން އެއުރެން އަރާރުންވާ ދެބަޔަކަށް ބެހިގެންދިޔައޫއެވެ.

and certainly we sent to samood their brother salih, saying: serve allah; and lo! they became two sects quarrelling with each other.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ثمود ބާގައިމީހުންގެ ގާތަށް އެއުރެންގެ أخ، صالح ގެފާނު ފޮނުއްވީމެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށް އަޅުކަންކުރާށޭ އަންގަވަމުންނެވެ. ފަހެ، އެހާރުން އެއުރެން އަރާރުންވާ ދެބަޔަކަށް ބެހިގެންދިޔައޫއެވެ.

(the followers of jesus) turned themselves into quarrelling sects. the disbelievers shall face a woeful condition on the great day (of judgment).
ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ އެކި جماعة ތަކުގެ މެދުގައި خلاف އުފެދުނެވެ. ފަހެ، ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ދުވަހެއްގެ (ބިރުވެރިކަން) ދެކޭހިނދު، كافر ވީ މީހުންނަށް ހަލާކާއި ގެއްލުންހުށްޓެވެ.

and we sent to thamud their brother salih (with the message): "serve allah," but all of a sudden they became split into two quarrelling factions.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ثمود ބާގައިމީހުންގެ ގާތަށް އެއުރެންގެ أخ، صالح ގެފާނު ފޮނުއްވީމެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށް އަޅުކަންކުރާށޭ އަންގަވަމުންނެވެ. ފަހެ، އެހާރުން އެއުރެން އަރާރުންވާ ދެބަޔަކަށް ބެހިގެންދިޔައޫއެވެ.
