gezien bovenstaande bevindingen wordt daarom voorgesteld de schorsing van de antidumpingmaatregelen voor siliciummangaan (waaronder ferrosilicomangaan) overeenkomstig artikel 14, lid 4, van de basisverordening met nog een jaar te verlengen.
