toewijzing van start- en landingstijden ("slots") en opstellen van luchthavendienstregelingen voor zover deze op luchtdiensten tussen eg-luchthavens betrekking hebben;
slot allocation and airport scheduling in so far as they concern air services between airports in the community;

de commissie en de betrokken lidstaten hebben het recht waarnemers af te vaardigen naar het overleg over de verdeling van „slots” en over de opstelling van luchthavendienstregelingen, dat vóór ieder seizoen op multilaterale basis wordt gehouden.
the commission and the member states concerned shall be entitled to send observers to consultations on slot allocation and airport scheduling held in the context of a multilateral meeting in advance of each season.
