„voltooiingsverklaring” een door de exploitant van de scheepsrecyclinginrichting afgegeven verklaring dat de scheepsrecycling is voltooid overeenkomstig deze verordening;
‘statement of completion’ means a confirmatory statement issued by the operator of the ship recycling facility that the ship recycling has been completed in accordance with this regulation;

de voltooiingsverklaring bevat onder andere een verslag over eventuele incidenten en ongevallen waarbij de menselijke gezondheid en/of het milieu schade is toegebracht.
the statement of completion shall include a report on incidents and accidents damaging human health and/or the environment, if any.

(18) "voltooiingsverklaring": een door de scheepsrecyclinginrichting afgegeven verklaring dat de scheepsrecycling is voltooid overeenkomstig deze verordening;
