thy father made our yoke grievous: now therefore make thou the grievous service of thy father, and his heavy yoke which he put upon us, lighter, and we will serve thee.

thine own friend, and thy father's friend, forsake not; neither go into thy brother's house in the day of thy calamity: for better is a neighbour that is near than a brother far off.

wathi uyehova kuaron, wena noonyana bakho, nendlu kayihlo ndawonyenawe, nobuthwala ubugwenxa obenziwe kwindawo engcwele; wena noonyana bakho ndawonye nawe nobuthwala ubugwenxa bobubingeleli benu.
