it is not an offense for the blind , the lame , or the sick not to take part in the battle . whoever obeys god and his messenger will be admitted to the gardens wherein streams flow .
በዕውር ላይ ( ከዘመቻ በመቅቱ ) ኃጢአት የለበትም ፡ ፡ በአንካሳም ላይ ኃጢአት የለበትም ፡ ፡ በበሽተኛም ላይ ኃጢአት የለበትም ፡ ፡ አላህንና መልክተኛውንም የሚታዘዝ ሰው ከሥሮቻቸው ወንዞች የሚፈሱባቸውን ገነቶች ያገባዋል ፡ ፡ የሚሸሸውንም ሰው አሳማሚውን ቅጣት ይቀጣዋል ፡ ፡

people who are weak or sick and those who do not have the means to take part in the fighting are exempt from this duty if their intention remains sincere about god and his messenger . righteous people shall not be blamed .
በደካሞች ላይ በበሽተኞችም ላይ በነዚያም የሚያወጡት ገንዘብ በማያገኙት ላይ ለአላህና ለመልክተኛው ፍጹም ታዛዦች ከኾኑ ( ባይወጡም ) ኃጢኣት የለባቸውም ፡ ፡ በበጎ አድራጊዎች ላይ ( የወቀሳ ) መንገድ ምንም የለባቸውም ፡ ፡ አላህም መሓሪ አዛኝ ነው ፡ ፡

allah knows those of you who discourage others , and those who say to their brethren , ‘ come to us ! ’ and take little part in the battle ,
ከእናንተ ውስጥ የሚያሳንፉትን ፣ ለወንድሞቻቸውም « ወደኛ ኑ » የሚሉትን ፣ ውጊያንም ጥቂትን እንጂ የማይመጡትን በእርግጥ አላህ ያውቃቸዋል ፡ ፡

if the confederate tribes were to attack them , they would have wished to be left alone among the bedouin arabs where they would only follow the news about you . even if they were with you , only a few of them would take part in the fight .
( መናፍቆች ) አሕዛብን አልኼዱም ብለው ያስባሉ ፡ ፡ አሕዛቦቹም ቢመጡ እነርሱ በዘላኖች ውስጥ በገጠር ( የራቁ ) ሊሆኑ ይመኛሉ ፡ ፡ ከወሬዎቻችሁ ይጠይቃሉ ፡ ፡ በእናንተ ውስጥ በነበሩም ኖሮ ጥቂትን እንጂ አይዋጉም ነበር ፡

allah knows well those of you who create obstructions ( in war efforts ) and say to their brethren : “ come and join us . ” they hardly take any part in battle .
ከእናንተ ውስጥ የሚያሳንፉትን ፣ ለወንድሞቻቸውም « ወደኛ ኑ » የሚሉትን ፣ ውጊያንም ጥቂትን እንጂ የማይመጡትን በእርግጥ አላህ ያውቃቸዋል ፡ ፡

do not regard it as a misfortune , for it is good for you . every one of them shall be held to account for the sin he has committed ; and he who took the greater part in it shall have a terrible punishment .
እነዚያ መጥፎን ውሸት ያመጡ ከናንተው የኾኑ ጭፍሮች ናቸው ፡ ፡ ለእናንተ ክፉ ነገር ነው ብላችሁ አታስቡት ፡ ፡ በእውነቱ እርሱ ለእናንተ መልካም ነገር ነው ፡ ፡ ከእነርሱ ( ከጭፍሮቹ ) ለያንዳንዱ ሰው ከኀጢአት የሠራው ሥራ ዋጋ አለው ፡ ፡ ያም ከእነሱ ትልቁን ኀጢአት የተሸከመው ለእርሱ ከባድ ቅጣት አለው ፡ ፡

and why is it that you do not spend in the way of allah , when the inheritance of the heavens and earth belong to allah alone ? those who spent before the victory and took part in the fighting are mightier in rank and are not equal to those who spent and fought thereafter .
የሰማያትና የምድር ውርስ ለአላህ ሲኾን በአላህ መንገድ የማትለግሱትም ለእናንተ ምን አልላችሁ ? ከእናንተ ውስጥ ( መካን ) ከመክፈት በፊት የለገሰና የተጋደለ ሰው ( ከተከፈተች በኋላ ከለገሰና ከተጋደለ ጋር ) አይስተካከልም ፡ ፡ ከእነዚያ በኋላ ከለገሱትና ከተጋደሉት እነዚህ በደረጃ በጣም የላቁ ናቸው ፡ ፡ ሁሉንም አላህ መልካሚቱን ተስፋ ቃል ገብቶላቸዋል ፡ ፡ አላህም በምትሠሩት ሁሉ ውስጠ ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡

and ( it is ) a quran which we have divided ( into parts ) , in order that you might recite it to men at intervals . and we have revealed it by stages . ( in 23 years ) .
ቁርኣንንም በሰዎች ላይ በዝግታ ላይ ኾነህ ታነበው ዘንድ ከፋፈልነው ፡ ፡ ቀስ በቀስ ማውረድንም አወረድነው ፡ ፡
