ወይስ ሩቁ ምስጢር እነርሱ ዘንድ ነውን ? ስለዚህ እነርሱ ይጽፋሉን ?

except the oppressed among men , women and children , who have neither access to any means nor are guided to any way .
ግን ከወንዶችና ከሴቶች ከሕፃኖችም ሲኾኑ ( ለመውጣት ) መላን የማይችሉና መንገድንም የማይምመሩ ደካሞች ( ቅጣት የለባቸውም )

surely your lord knows well those who have strayed from his way just as he knows well those who are on the right way .
ጌታህ እርሱ ከመንገዱ የተሳሳተውን ሰው ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም ተመሪዎቹን ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡

indeed we shall help our apostles and those who have faith in the life of the world and on the day when the witnesses rise up ,
እኛ መልክተኞቻችንን ፣ እነዚያንም ያመኑትን በቅርቢቱ ሕይወት ምስክሮችም በሚቆሙበት ቀን በእርግጥ እንረዳለን ፡ ፡

and on the earth are signs for those who have faith with certainty ,
በምድርም ውስጥ ለሚያረጋግጡ ሰዎች ምልክቶች አልሉ ፡ ፡

certainly those who have turned their backs on the true guidance after it became manifest to them , satan has embellished their ways for them and has buoyed them up with false hopes .
እነዚያ ለእነርሱ ቅኑ መንገድ ከተብራራላቸው በኋላ ወደ ኋላቸው የተመለሱት ሰይጣን ለእነርሱ መመለሳቸውን ሸለመላቸው ፡ ፡ ለእነርሱም አዝዘናጋቸው ፡ ፡

o prophet ! count on god , and on the believers who have followed you .
አንተ ነቢዩ ሆይ ! አላህ በቂህ ነው ፡ ፡ ለተከተሉህም ምእምናን ( አላህ በቂያቸው ነው ) ፡ ፡

lo ! it is ye who have contended for them in the life of the world ; then who will contend for them with allah on the day of resurrection , or who shall be their champion ?
እነሆ እናንተ እነዚያ በቅርቢቱ ሕይወት ከነሱ የተከራከራችሁ ናችሁ ፡ ፡ በትንሣኤ ቀን አላህን ስለእነሱ የሚከራከር ማን ነው ወይስ ለእነሱ ኃላፊና መመኪያ የሚኾን ማን ነው

( on the contrary ) only those who have deserved the garden , will have a good abode on that day and a cool place for midday rest .
የገነት ሰዎች በዚያ ቀን በመርጊያ የተሻሉ በማረፊያም በጣም ያማሩ ናቸው ፡ ፡

and you shall see them brought before it humbling themselves because of the abasements , looking with a faint glance . and those who believe shall say : surely the losers are they who have lost themselves and their followers on the resurrection day .
ከውርደት የተነሳ ፈሪዎች ኾነው በዓይን ስርቆት ወደእርሷ ( ወደ እሳት ) እያስተዋሉ በእርሷ ላይ የሚቀረቡ ሲኾኑ ታያቸዋለህ ፡ ፡ እነዚያም ያመኑት ፡ - « በእርግጥ ከሳሪዎቹ እነዚያ ነፍሶቻቸውንና ቤተሰቦቻቸውን በትንሣኤ ቀን ያከሰሩት ናቸው » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

say thou : on the day of the decision their belief will not profit those who have disbelieved ; nor will they be respited .
« በፍርድ ቀን እነዚያን የካዱትን ሰዎች እምነታቸው አይጠቅማቸውም ፡ ፡ እነርሱም ጊዜን አይሰጡም ፤ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

i do not say to you that i possess allah 's treasures , nor that i have access to the realm beyond the ken of sense-perception , nor do i claim to be an angel . nor do i say regarding those whom you look upon with disdain that allah will not bestow any good upon them .
« ለእናንተም እኔ ዘንድ የአላህ ግምጃ ቤቶች አልሉ ሩቅንም ዐውቃለሁ አልላችሁም ፡ ፡ እኔም መልአክ ነኝ አልላችሁም ፡ ፡ ለእነዚያም ዓይኖቻችሁ ለሚያዋርዷቸው አላህ ደግ ነገርን ( እምነትን ) አይሰጣቸውም አልልም ፡ ፡ አላህ በነፍሶቻቸው ውስጥ ያለውን ነገር አዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡ እኔ ያን ጊዜ ከበደለኞች እሆናለሁና » ( አላቸው ) ፡ ፡

he will surely gather you on the day of resurrection , in which there is no doubt . those who have ruined their souls will not have faith . ’
« በሰማያትና በምድር ያለው ሁሉ የማን ነው » በላቸው ፡ ፡ ( ሌላ መልስ የለምና ) « የአላህ ነው » በል ፡ ፡ « በነፍሱ ላይ እዝነትን ጻፈ ፡ ፡ በትንሣኤ ቀን በእርሱ ጥርጥር የሌለበት ሲኾን በእርግጥ ይሰበስባችኋል ፡ ፡ እነዚያ ነፍሶቻቸውን ያከሰሩ ናቸው ፤ እነርሱም አያምኑም ፡ ፡

and if you fail to receive from the unbelievers a part of the bridal-due of your disbelieving wives , and then your turn comes , pay to those who have been left on the other side an amount the like of the bridal-due that they have paid . and have fear of allah in whom you believe .
ከሚስቶቻችሁም ወደ ከሓዲዎቹ አንዳቸው ቢያመልጧችሁ ቀጥሎም ብትዘምቱባቸው ለእነዚያ ሚስቶቻቸው ለኼዱባቸው ( ሰዎች ) ያወጡትን ብጤ ስጧቸው ፡ ፡ ያንንም እናንተ በርሱ ያመናችሁበትን አላህን ፍሩ ፡ ፡

and ask those who have been given the book , as well as the unlettered , " do you submit yourselves to god in the same way ? " if they submit themselves to him , they are on the right path ; but if they turn away , your duty is only to convey the message .
ቢከራከሩህም ፡ - « ፊቴን ለአላህ ሰጠሁ ፤ የተከተሉኝም ሰዎች ( እንደዚሁ ለአላህ ሰጡ ) » በላቸው ፡ ፡ ለእነዚያም መጽሐፍን ለተሰጡት ሰዎችና ለመሐይሞቹ ፡ - « ሰለማችሁን » በላቸው ፡ ፡ ቢሰልሙም በእርግጥ ተመሩ ፡ ፡ እምቢ ቢሉም በአንተ ላይ ያለብህ ማድረስ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም ባሮቹን ተመልካች ነው ፡ ፡

no studies or projects have been made on the 3d laser scanning or scanners. this gap initiates as an additional to the study to be performed along the main reason. the main objective of this thesis work is to design a new type of laser-based 3d scanning system. so, different sets of designing techniques and consideration in various subsystem of the scanner, are applied to develop the state-of-the art a novel 3d laser scanner. a design driven methodology is used in the designing part. a deep review of literatures and projects have been performed. after designing the scanner in solid works the obtained cad file is used to assess the components. on the other hand, the electrical system is designed in proteus and autodesk software's. whereas controlling code on the arduino ide and the point cloud meshing matlab code is also written. the scanner gives an output of very good 3d object model, which can be an be an input to prototyping. the designed leadscrew mechanism runs the system smoothly. this paper will work as an initiator to other researchers to study in the area of 3d scanning. the proposed 3d scanner has a wide variety of application. mainly helps the education system and research institutions for learning about artifacts with practical knowledge and with great precision without even causing any harm. the benefits of the scanner are not limited to just a few applications. it introduces the knowledge of laser scanning by proposing a design to the majority of the designers and prototype makers whom are not familiar with the idea of laser scanning even at national levels.
