89- أُطلقت هذه المبادرة في عام 2012 بتكلفة مليار درهم، تهدف المبادرة إلى تحقيق رؤية الإمارات (2021) والتي جعلت من التعليم ركيزة أساسية في مسيرة التنمية المستدامة التي تنشدها، وإلى خلق بيئة تعليمية جديدة في المدارس تضم صفوفاً ذكية بحيث تُوزع أجهزة لوحية لجميع الطلاب وتزويد جميع مدارس الدولة بشبكات الجيل الرابع فائقة السرعة، إضافة لبرامج تدريبية متخصصة للمعلمين ومناهج علمية جديدة مُساندة للمنهاج الأصلي، ويُنَفَذ المشروع بالتعاون بين وزارة التربية والتعليم والهيئة العامة لتنظيم قطاع الاتصالات بالدولة بمُتابعة مُباشرة من مكتب رئاسة مجلس الوزراء.
