allekirjoittanut neuvoston asetuksen (ey) n:o 866/2004 mukainen kasvien terveyden asiantuntija ontarkastanut edellä mainitun tuotteen asianmukaisia menettelyjä noudattaen tuotantovaiheessa ja jälleen sadonkorjuuvaiheessa sekä siinä vaiheessa, kun sitä valmistellaan kaupan pitämistä varten,todistanut kuljetusvälineen lastaamisen ja sinetöinyt sen lastaamisen päättämisen jälkeen,toteaa, että hänen parhaan ymmärryksensä mukaan ja siinä määrin kuin määrityksen tekeminen on mahdollista,tuotteet ovat kasvien terveyttä koskevien voimassa olevien eu:n asetusten mukaiset,tuotteissa ei ole direktiivin 2000/29/ey, sellaisena kuin se on muutettuna, liitteessä i ja, soveltuvin osin, liitteessä ii mainittuja haitallisia organismeja,kun kyseessä ovat perunat, lähetykseen sisältyvät perunat on kasvatettu suoraan siemenperunoista, jotka on sertifioitu jossakin jäsenvaltiossa tai muussa maassa, joista istutettaviksi tarkoitettujen perunoiden tuonti yhteisöön ei ole kielletty direktiivin 2000/29/ey liitteen iii nojalla,kun kyseessä ovat sitrushedelmät, niissä ei ole todettu olevan lehtiä eikä varsia ja niissä on asianomainen alkuperämerkintä.kasvien terveyden asiantuntijan (asiantuntijoiden) nimi ja allekirjoitus paikka ja päiväys (1) (2) (mahdollinen toinen asiantuntija)
