ये दोनों ही बातें सच हैं क्योंकि अगर हम गुलामों की तरह इसकी नकल करने की कोशिश करें या इस उम्मीद पर बैठे रहें कि यह अपने आप दुहरायेगा या इसमें कोई बदल नहीं होगी , तब हम इससे कुछ भी नहीं सीख सकते ; लेकिन अगर हम कुछ सीखने के मकसद से इतिहास पर नजर डालें आरे उनमें उन शक्तियों को खोजने की कोशिश करें जो उसे प्रेरणा देती हैं , तब हम उससे कुछ सीख सकते हैं ।

o mankind ! a similitude is coined , so pay ye heed to it : lo ! those on whom ye call beside allah will never create a fly though they combine together for the purpose . and if the fly took something from them , they could not rescue it from it . so weak are the seeker and the sought !
और वह क्या बुरा ठिकाना है लोगों एक मसल बयान की जाती है तो उसे कान लगा के सुनो कि खुदा को छोड़कर जिन लोगों को तुम पुकारते हो वह लोग अगरचे सब के सब इस काम के लिए इकट्ठे भी हो जाएँ तो भी एक मक्खी तक पैदा नहीं कर सकते और कहीं मक्खी कुछ उनसे छीन ले जाए तो उससे उसको छुड़ा नहीं सकते कि माँगने वाला और जिससे माँग लिया दोनों कमज़ोर हैं
