legal aid applicants should note the following provisions:

kertomuksessa mainitaan yleensä oikeudenkäynnin kohde, asianosaisten vaatimukset, ne seikat, joihin asianosaisia pyydetään suullisissa lausumissaan keskittymään, ne tosiseikat ja oikeudelliset seikat, joiden syvällisempi tarkastelu jne.
that report normally describes the subject-matter of the proceedings, the forms of order sought, the aspects on which the parties are requested to concentrate in their oral arguments, the issues of fact and of law which need to be explored in greater depth etc., and indicates the time allowed for the opening arguments of the parties' representatives.
