አምስተኛይቱም ከውሸታሞች ቢኾን በእርሱ ላይ የአላህ እርግማን ይኑርበት ( ብሎ መመስከር ) ነው ፡ ፡
and ( swear ) a fifth time that if he tell a lie the curse of god be on him .

ከልብ ክፉ አሳብ፥ መግደል፥ ምንዝርነት፥ ዝሙት፥ መስረቅ፥ በውሸት መመስከር፥ ስድብ ይወጣልና።
for out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:

ነገር ግን ሩጫዬንና ከጌታ ከኢየሱስ የተቀበልሁትን አገልግሎት እርሱም የእግዚአብሔርን ጸጋ ወንጌልን መመስከር እፈጽም ዘንድ ነፍሴን በእኔ ዘንድ እንደማትከብር እንደ ከንቱ ነገር እቆጥራለሁ።
but none of these things move me, neither count i my life dear unto myself, so that i might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which i have received of the lord jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of god.

እነዚያም ሚስቶቻቸውን ( በዝሙት ) የሚሰድቡ ለእነሱም ከነፍሶቻቸው በስተቀር ምስክሮች የሌሏቸው የኾኑ የአንዳቸው ምስክርነት እርሱ ከውነተኞች ለመኾኑ በአላህ ስም አራት ጊዜ ምሎ መመስከር ነው ፡ ፡
and ( as for ) those who accuse their wives and have no witnesses except themselves , the evidence of one of these ( should be taken ) four times , bearing allah to witness that he is most surely of the truthful ones .

እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! አንዳችሁን ሞት በመጣበት ጊዜ በኑዛዜ ወቅት የመካከላችሁ ምስክርነት ከእናንተ ሁለት የትክክለኛነት ባለቤቶች የኾኑ ሰዎች ወይም በምድር ብትጓዙና የሞት አደጋ ብትነካችሁ ከሌሎቻችሁ የኾኑ ሁለት ሌሎች ሰዎች ( መመስከር ) ነው ፡ ፡ ብትጠራጠሩ ከሶላት ( ከዐሱር ) በኋላ ታቆሟቸውና ( የሚመሰክርለት ሰው ) የዝምድና ባለቤት ቢኾንም እንኳ « በርሱ ዋጋን አንገዛም የአላህንም ምስክርነት አንደብቅም ፤ ያን ጊዜ ( ደብቀን ብንገኝ ) እኛ ከኃጢአተኞች ነን » ብለው በአላህ ስም ይምላሉ ፡ ፡
believers , if you are traveling in the land and the affliction of death befalls you , at the bequeathing testimony shall be two just men from among you , or two others from other than you . you shall detain both after the prayer , and they shall swear by allah if you are doubtful : ' we will not sell it for a price , even though it were a near kinsmen , nor will we hide the testimony of allah , because then we would surely be among the sinful '
