آپ (ان سے) فرمائیے کہ وہ کون ہے جس کے دستِ قدرت میں ہر چیز کی کامل ملکیت ہے اور جو پناہ دیتا ہے اور جس کے خلاف (کوئی) پناہ نہیں دی جا سکتی، اگر تم (کچھ) جانتے ہو،
