even though i was not instructed in the things of the lord, i often read the holy scripture and tried, as best as i could, to give my children some content that could be of help to them to grow in the love of jesus. during the day we recited together some rosary beads to the virgin mary and in the evening when we went to bed, we concluded the day thanking the lord with a prayer. i thought it was very important that my children fell asleep with a good thought that could bring good spiritual fruits even during the night.
