574/72 εφαρμόζονται σύμφωνα με τους όρους που προβλέπονται στην παράγραφο 4 της παρούσας απόφασης, έτσι ώστε το δικαίωμα στις οφειλόμενες παροχές δυνάμει της νομοθεσίας ενός κράτους μέλους, κατ' εφαρμογή του άρθρου 77 παράγραφος 2, ή του άρθρου 78 παράγραφος 2, αναστέλλεται μόνο μέχρι το ποσό των παροχών ή οικογενειακών επιδομάτων που εισπράττονται πράγματι στη χώρα κατοικίας του ενδιαφερομένου, όπου ασκείται η επαγγελματική δραστηριότητα.
