coph invocavi nomen tuum domine de lacis novissimi
i called upon thy name, o lord, out of the low dungeon.

primi qui erunt novissimi
the first will be last

sic erunt novissimi primi et primi novissimi
so the last shall be first and the first last:

multi autem erunt primi novissimi et novissimi prim
but many that are first shall be last; and the last first.
