had allah intended to take a son, he could have chosen from those he has created whatever he wished. immaculate is he! he is allah, the one, the all-paramount.

kuma haboona eebe inuu yeesho ilmo, waana ka nasahanyahay, markuu doono xukun «amar» wuxuu uun dhahaa ahaw wuuna ahaan.
allah is not one to take to himself a son. hallowed be he! whensoever he decreeth an affair he only saith to it: be, and it becometh.
