and the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,

but if a man live many years, and rejoice in them all; yet let him remember the days of darkness; for they shall be many. all that cometh is vanity.

သင်တို့မူကား၊ မှောင်မိုက်ထဲမှ အံ့ဘွယ်သော အလင်းတော်သို့ ခေါ်သွင်းတော်မူသော သူ၏ဂုဏ် ကျေးဇူးများကို ဘော်ပြစေခြင်းငှါ၊ ရွေးချယ်တော်မူသော အမျိုးဖြစ်ကြ၏။ မင်းစည်းစိမ်ရှိသော ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်မျိုး၊ သန့်ရှင်းသောလူမျိုး၊ ပိုင်ထိုက်တော်မူသော အပေါင်းအသင်းဖြစ်ကြ၏။

o generation, see ye the word of the lord. have i been a wilderness unto israel? a land of darkness? wherefore say my people, we are lords; we will come no more unto thee?
ယခုဖြစ်သော အမျိုးသားတို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အမိန့်တော်ကို ဆင်ခြင်ကြလော့။ ငါသည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၌ တောကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ မှောင်မိုက်နိုင်ငံကဲ့သို့၎င်း ဖြစ်ဘူး သလော။ ငါ၏လူတို့က၊ ငါတို့သည် အရပ်ရပ်သို့ လည် မည်။ ကိုယ်တော်ထံသို့ နောက်တဖန်မချဉ်းကပ်ဟု အဘယ်ကြောင့် ဆိုကြသနည်း။

a day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.
