member states shall assist one another in implementing this regulation and in monitoring its implementation.
države članice si pomagajo pri izvajanju te uredbe in pri spremljanju njenega izvajanja.

member states and the commission shall communicate to each other the information necessary for implementing this regulation.
države članice in komisija si medsebojno sporočajo informacije, potrebne za izvajanje te uredbe.

member states shall designate the competent authorities responsible for implementing this regulation and for communicating with the commission.

the arrangements for implementing this regulation, including measures for adaptation to economic and technical developments, in particular:
dogovore za izvajanje te uredbe, vključno z ukrepi za prilagoditev gospodarskemu in tehničnemu razvoju, zlasti:

the member states shall designate the competent authorities responsible for implementing this regulation (hereinafter, competent national authorities).
države članice imenujejo pristojne organe, odgovorne za uporabo te uredbe (v nadaljnjem besedilu „pristojni nacionalni organi“).
