l'ecocarta va obliterata in uno dei modi seguenti:
the ecocard shall be cancelled by any one of the following methods:

un'ecocarta non viene presentata alle autorità di controllo, conformemente al disposto del presente regolamento;
an ecocard is not presented to the supervisory authorities in accordance whith the provisions of this regulation;

se un veicolo non è munito di ecopiastrina, il numero di ecopunti richiesto va incollato ed obliterato sull'ecocarta.
