acredito que este pensamento e um grande passo para a retirada das tropas, mas nao acredito que seja o melhor a ser feito, uma acelerada nestr processo de reconstrucao apoiado pela sociedade haitiana seria mas um grande passo pra que num futuro bem proximos as tropas pudessem sair na certeza da missao cumpridade e apesar de tudo que ja foi feito aind tem muito o que se fazer e embora uma frand maioria ache que o haiti pode estar pronto pra caminhar so eu discordo.
i believe that this thinking is a great step to retreat the troops, but i don’t believe this is the best to be done. it would be a great step if the reconstruction process was accelerated, based on a haitian society, so in the near future the troops could leave the country feeling that their mission was accomplished. and, besides all that has been done, there is still a lot more to do, in spite that a great majority believes that haiti is ready to walk by itself, i am the only one who disagrees.
