considérant que la version danoise du tarif douanier commun, annexée au règlement (cee) nº 950/68 du conseil (4), modifié en dernier lieu par le règlement (cee) nº 2538/80 (5), en ce qui concerne les sous-positions 01.01 a i, 01.02 a i et 01.03 a i contient les mots «til avlsbrug» (utilisés pour la reproduction) au lieu de «racerene avlsdyr» (reproducteurs de race pure), comme c'est le cas dans les autres versions linguistiques ; que, en ce qui concerne les notes complémentaires du chapitre 2 sous 1 a c) deuxième alinéa, la version danoise du tarif douanier commun comporte la partie de phrase «forudsaetning af, at denne vaegt ikke overstiger ...» (... à condition que ce poids ne soit pas supérieur ...) ; que cette partie de phrase doit correctement se lire «... forudsætning af, at denne forskel ikke overstiger ...» (... à condition que cette différence ne soit pas supérieure ...) comme dans les autres versions linguistiques;
whereas the danish version of the common customs tariff annexed to council regulation (eec) no 950/68 (4), as last amended by regulation (eec) no 2538/80 (5), with regard to subheadings 01.01 a i, 01.02 a i and 01.03 a i contains the words "til avlsbrug" (used for breeding) instead of "racerene avlsdyr" (pure-bred breeding animals), as is stated in the text in the other languages; whereas the second paragraph of 1 a (c) of the additional notes to chapter 2 in the danish text of the common customs tariff contains the phrase "... forudsætning af, at denne vægt ikke overstiger ..." (... provided that this weight does not exceed ...) ; whereas this phrase should correctly read "... forudsætning af, at denne forskel ikke overstiger ..." (... provided that this difference does not exceed ...) as in the texts in the other languages;
