matters relating to maintenance

in scotland, the court of session, or in the case of a maintenance judgment the sheriff court;

in nordirland beim high court of justice oder für entscheidungen in unterhaltssachen beim magistrates′ court
in northern ireland, the high court of justice, or in the case of a maintenance judgment the magistrates’ court;

in gibraltar beim supreme court of gibraltar oder für entscheidungen in unterhaltssachen beim magistrates′ court
in gibraltar, the supreme court of gibraltar, of in the case of a maintenance judgment, the magistrates’ court.

in england und wales beim high court of justice oder für entscheidungen in unterhaltssachen beim magistrates′ court
in england and wales, the high court of justice, or in the case of a maintenance judgment the magistrates’ court;

c) in nordirland beim high court of justice oder für entscheidungen in unterhaltssachen beim magistrates′ court,

"(2) in unterhaltssachen umfasst der begriff "gericht" auch die dänischen verwaltungsbehörden."

d) in gibraltar beim supreme court of gibraltar oder für entscheidungen in unterhaltssachen beim magistrates' court über den attorney general of gibraltar.

nach annahme der verordnung (eg) nr. 4/2009 sollten unterhaltssachen vom anwendungsbereich der verordnung ausgeschlossen werden.
as far as scope is concerned, maintenance matters should be added to the list of exclusions, following the adoption of regulation (ec) no 4/2009 on maintenance.

the central authority of the member on the territory of which the court seised in a matter relating to maintenance is located, or
