(1) vyno ženklinimo etiketėmis protokolo a dalies 2.1 punkto f papunktyje [2], į kurį daroma nuoroda europos bendrijos ir jungtinių amerikos valstijų susitarimo dėl prekybos vynu 8 straipsnio 2 dalyje [3], bei minėto protokolo i priedėlio 2 punkte, nurodoma, kad bendrija turi leisti vartoti terminus chateau, classic, clos, cream, crusted ir (arba) crusting, fine, late bottled vintage, noble, ruby, superior, sur lie, tawny, vintage ir vintage character jungtinių valstijų kilmės vynams apibūdinti, jeigu importo metu šiuos terminus buvo leista vartoti jungtinėse valstijose šios šalies kilmės vyno etiketėse, patvirtintose eps (jav vyriausybės išduotas etiketės patvirtinimo sertifikatas).
