በውስጧም ከፍተኛዎችን ተራራዎች አደረግን ፡ ፡ ጣፋጭ ውሃንም አጠጣናችሁ ፡ ፡

and shake the trunk of this palmtree it will drop fresh ripe dates upon you .
« የዘምባባይቱንም ግንድ ወዳንቺ ወዝውዣት ባንቺ ላይ የበሰለን የተምር እሸት ታረግፍልሻለችና ፡ ፡

and have placed therein firm and tall mountains and given you to drink of water fresh
በውስጧም ከፍተኛዎችን ተራራዎች አደረግን ፡ ፡ ጣፋጭ ውሃንም አጠጣናችሁ ፡ ፡

a fresh remembrance has never come to them from the merciful , except they turn away from it .
ከአልረሕማንም ዘንድ ኣዲስ የተወረደ ቁርኣን አይመጣላቸውም ፤ ከእርሱ የሚሸሹ ቢኾኑ እንጂ ፡ ፡

never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the beneficent one , but they turn away from it .
ከአልረሕማንም ዘንድ ኣዲስ የተወረደ ቁርኣን አይመጣላቸውም ፤ ከእርሱ የሚሸሹ ቢኾኑ እንጂ ፡ ፡

and if you shake the trunk of this palm-tree , it will drop fresh ripe dates on you .
« የዘምባባይቱንም ግንድ ወዳንቺ ወዝውዣት ባንቺ ላይ የበሰለን የተምር እሸት ታረግፍልሻለችና ፡ ፡

and shake toward thee the trunk of the palm-tree it shall drop on thee dates fresh and ripe .
« የዘምባባይቱንም ግንድ ወዳንቺ ወዝውዣት ባንቺ ላይ የበሰለን የተምር እሸት ታረግፍልሻለችና ፡ ፡

shake also to thee the palm-trunk , and there shall come tumbling upon thee dates fresh and ripe .
« የዘምባባይቱንም ግንድ ወዳንቺ ወዝውዣት ባንቺ ላይ የበሰለን የተምር እሸት ታረግፍልሻለችና ፡ ፡

whenever any fresh admonition comes to them from their lord , they listen to it , but do not take it seriously ;
ከጌታቸው አዲስ የተወረደ ቁርኣን አይመጣላቸውም ፡ ፡ እነሱ የሚያላግጡ ሆነው የሚያደምጡት ቢሆኑ እንጂ ፡ ፡

" and shake towards thyself the trunk of the palm-tree : it will let fall fresh ripe dates upon thee .
« የዘምባባይቱንም ግንድ ወዳንቺ ወዝውዣት ባንቺ ላይ የበሰለን የተምር እሸት ታረግፍልሻለችና ፡ ፡

did we , then , become worn out by the first creation ? not at all ; but they are in doubt about a fresh creation .
በፊተኛው መፍጠር ደከምን ? በእውነቱ እነርሱ ከአዲስ መፍጠር በመጠራጠር ውስጥ ናቸው ፡ ፡

" and shake the trunk of date-palm towards you , it will let fall fresh ripe-dates upon you . "
« የዘምባባይቱንም ግንድ ወዳንቺ ወዝውዣት ባንቺ ላይ የበሰለን የተምር እሸት ታረግፍልሻለችና ፡ ፡

and he it is who has subjected the sea that you may eat fresh fish from it and bring forth ornaments from it that you can wear . and you see ships ploughing their course through it so that you may go forth seeking his bounty and be grateful to him .
እርሱም ያ ባሕርን ከእርሱ እርጥብ ስጋን ልትበሉና ከእርሱም የምትለብሱትን ጌጣጌጥ ታወጡ ዘንድ የገራ ነው ፡ ፡ መርከቦችንም በውስጡ ( ውሃውን ) ቀዳጆች ኾነው ( ሲንሻለሉ ) ታያለህ ፡ ፡ ከችሮታው ልትፈልጉና ልታመሰግኑም ( ገራላችሁ ) ፡ ፡

and he it is who has made the sea subservient that you may eat fresh flesh from it and bring forth from it ornaments which you wear , and you see the ships cleaving through it , and that you might seek of his bounty and that you may give thanks .
እርሱም ያ ባሕርን ከእርሱ እርጥብ ስጋን ልትበሉና ከእርሱም የምትለብሱትን ጌጣጌጥ ታወጡ ዘንድ የገራ ነው ፡ ፡ መርከቦችንም በውስጡ ( ውሃውን ) ቀዳጆች ኾነው ( ሲንሻለሉ ) ታያለህ ፡ ፡ ከችሮታው ልትፈልጉና ልታመሰግኑም ( ገራላችሁ ) ፡ ፡
