( አላህም ) አለ « አትፍሩ ፡ ፡ እኔ በእርግጥ ከእናንተ ጋር ነኝና ፡ ፡ እሰማለሁ ፤ አያለሁም ፡ ፡

and moses asked , " even if i show you a clear sign ? "
( ሙሳ ) « በግልጽ አስረጅ ብመጣህም እንኳ » አለው ፡ ፡

say : " o lord , if i am made to see what has been promised them ,
( ሙሐመድ ሆይ ! ) በል « ጌታዬ ሆይ ! የሚያስፈራሩበትን ( ቅጣት ) ብታሳየኝ ፡ ፡

god said , " do not fear ; i am with you both . i hear and i see .
( አላህም ) አለ « አትፍሩ ፡ ፡ እኔ በእርግጥ ከእናንተ ጋር ነኝና ፡ ፡ እሰማለሁ ፤ አያለሁም ፡ ፡

i have no reason to disagree if i can make money
ገንዘብ የማገኝ ከሆነማ የማልስማማበት ምክንያት የለኝም

and diminish not the measure and the balance . i see you are prospering ; and i fear for you the chastisement of an encompassing day .
ወደ መድየንም ወንድማቸውን ሹዐይብን ( ላክን ) ፡ ፡ አላቸው « ሕዝቦቼ ሆይ ! አላህን ተገዙ ፡ ፡ ከእርሱ ሌላ ለናንተ አምላክ የላችሁም ፡ ፡ ስፍርንና ሚዛንንም አታጉድሉ ፤ እኔ በጸጋ ላይ ሆናችሁ አያችኋለሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም በእናንተ ላይ የከባቢን ቀን ቅጣት እፈራለሁ ፡ ፡

' what , even if i brought you something clear ' said he ( moses ) .
( ሙሳ ) « በግልጽ አስረጅ ብመጣህም እንኳ » አለው ፡ ፡

i'm glad to see your father's name and i'm sorry if i disturbed you
የአባትህን ስም ሳየው ደስ ብሎኝ ነው ያወራውህ ከረበሽኩ ይቅርታ

then why do you not , if you are exempt from the reckoning and recompense ( punishment , etc . )
የማትዳኙም ከኾናችሁ ፡ ፡

my people , who would support me against god if i were to drive them off ? will you not take heed ?
« ሕዝቦቼም ሆይ ባባርራቸው ከአላህ ( ቅጣት ) የሚያድነኝ ማን ነው አትገሰጹምን »

[ allah ] said , " fear not . indeed , i am with you both ; i hear and i see .
( አላህም ) አለ « አትፍሩ ፡ ፡ እኔ በእርግጥ ከእናንተ ጋር ነኝና ፡ ፡ እሰማለሁ ፤ አያለሁም ፡ ፡

" i would indeed , if i were to do so , be in manifest error .
« እኔ ያን ጊዜ በግልጽ ስህተት ውስጥ ነኝ ፡ ፡

and do not decrease from the measure and the scale . indeed , i see you in prosperity , but indeed , i fear for you the punishment of an all-encompassing day .
ወደ መድየንም ወንድማቸውን ሹዐይብን ( ላክን ) ፡ ፡ አላቸው « ሕዝቦቼ ሆይ ! አላህን ተገዙ ፡ ፡ ከእርሱ ሌላ ለናንተ አምላክ የላችሁም ፡ ፡ ስፍርንና ሚዛንንም አታጉድሉ ፤ እኔ በጸጋ ላይ ሆናችሁ አያችኋለሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም በእናንተ ላይ የከባቢን ቀን ቅጣት እፈራለሁ ፡ ፡

( moses ) said : " even if i showed you something clear ( and ) convincing ? "
