ጣዖትንም ራቅ ፡ ፡

and pollution shun .
ጣዖትንም ራቅ ፡ ፡

and uncleanness do shun ,
ጣዖትንም ራቅ ፡ ፡

and all abomination shun !
ጣዖትንም ራቅ ፡ ፡

and who shun vain conversation ,
እነዚያም እነርሱ ከውድቅ ንግግር ራቂዎች ፡ ፡

and the most wretched will shun it
መናጢውም ይርቃታል ፡ ፡

surely those who shun disobedience will dwell amidst gardens and running streams
አላህን ፈሪዎቹ በአትክልቶችና በወንዞች ውስጥ ናቸው ፡ ፡

but shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
ነገር ግን ለዓለም ከሚመች ከከንቱ መለፍለፍ ራቅ፤ ኃጢአተኝነታቸውን ከፊት ይልቅ ይጨምራሉና፥ ቃላቸውም እንደ ጭንቁር ይባላል፤

therefore shun those who turn away from our message and desire nothing but the life of this world .
ከግሣጼያችንም ( ከቁርኣን ) ከሸሸና አነስተኛይቱን ሕይወት እንጅ ሌላን ከማይሻ ሰው ዙር ( ተወው ) ፡ ፡

and those who shun the worst of sins and indecencies and , when they are wroth , forgive ,
ለእነዚያም የኀጢኣትን ታላላቆችና ጠያፎችን የሚርቁ በተቆጡም ጊዜ እነሱ የሚምሩት ለኾኑት ፡ ፡

so call on him by his names and shun those who distort them . they shall soon be requited for their deeds .
ለአላህም መልካም ስሞች አሉት ፡ ፡ ( ስትጸልዩ ) በእርሷም ጥሩት ፡ ፡ እነዚያንም ስሞቹን የሚያጣምሙትን ተውዋቸው ፡ ፡ ይሠሩት የነበሩትን ነገር በእርግጥ ይምመነዳሉ ፡ ፡

if you shun the great sins you have been forbidden , we shall cancel out your minor misdeeds and admit you to a place of honour .
ከእርሱ ከተከለከላችሁት ታላላቆቹን ( ኀጢአቶች ) ብትርቁ ( ትናንሾቹን ) ኀጢአቶቻችሁን ከእናንተ እናብሳለን ፡ ፡ የተከበረንም ስፍራ ( ገነትን ) እናገባችኋለን ፡ ፡

if ye shun the grievous sins from which ye are prohibited , we shall expiate from you your misdeeds , and make you enter a noble entrance .
ከእርሱ ከተከለከላችሁት ታላላቆቹን ( ኀጢአቶች ) ብትርቁ ( ትናንሾቹን ) ኀጢአቶቻችሁን ከእናንተ እናብሳለን ፡ ፡ የተከበረንም ስፍራ ( ገነትን ) እናገባችኋለን ፡ ፡

and certainly we raised in every nation an apostle saying : serve allah and shun the shaitan . so there were some of them whom allah guided and there were others against whom error was due ; therefore travel in the land , then see what was the end of the rejecters .
በየሕዝቡም ሁሉ ውስጥ « አላህን ተገዙ ፤ ጣዖትንም ራቁ » በማለት መልክተኛን በእርግጥ ልከናል ፡ ፡ ከእነሱም ውስጥ አላህ ያቀናው ሰው አልለ ፡ ፡ ከእነሱም ውስጥ በእርሱ ላይ ጥመት የተረጋገጠበት ሰው አልለ ፡ ፡ በምድርም ላይ ኺዱ ፤ የአስተባባዮችም መጨረሻ እንዴት እንደ ነበረ ተመልከቱ ፡ ፡
