so we have no intercessors ,
ከአማላጆችም ለእኛ ምንም የለንም ፡ ፡

so we serve the sinners .
በአመጸኞች ሁሉ እንደዚሁ እንሠራለን ፡ ፡

even so we do with the sinners ;
እኛ በአመጸኞች ሁሉ እንደዚሁ እንሠራለን ፡ ፡

so we sent it down to the partitioners ,
( ሰዎችን ለማገድ የመካን በሮች ) በተከፋፈሉት ላይ እንደ አወረድነው ( በኾነ ቅጣት አሰፈራሪያችሁ ነኝ በል ) ፡ ፡

so we delivered him and all his family ,
እርሱንም ቤተሰቦቹንም በጠቅላላ አዳንናቸው ፡ ፡

even so we recompense the good-doers ;
እንደዚሁ መልካም ሠሪዎችን ሁሉ እንመነዳለን ፡ ፡

so we brought out from therein the believers .
ከምእምናንም ፤ በእርሷ ( በከተማቸው ) ውስጥ የነበሩትን አወጣን ፡ ፡

so , we encompassed in knowledge what was with him .
( ነገሩ ) እንደዚሁ ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም ዘንድ ባለው ነገር ሁሉ በእርግጥ በዕውቀት ከበብን ፡ ፡

so we cast him , sick , on a barren shore ,
እርሱ በሽተኛ ሆኖ በቃይ በሌለው ( በባሕር ) ዳርቻ ላይ ጣልነውም ፡ ፡

even so , we pardoned you that you may be grateful .
ከዚያም ከዚህ በኋላ እናንተ ታመሰግኑ ዘንድ ከናንተ ምሕረት አደረግን ፡ ፡

and they believed , so we gave them provision till a time .
አመኑም ፡ ፡ እስከ ጊዜ ድረስም አጣቀምናቸው ፡ ፡

so we saved the children of israel from degrading suffering
የእስራኤልንም ልጆች አዋራጅ ከኾነ ስቃይ በእርግጥ አዳንናቸው ፡ ፡

and they believed , so we gave them enjoyment for a while .
አመኑም ፡ ፡ እስከ ጊዜ ድረስም አጣቀምናቸው ፡ ፡

and they believed . so we let them enjoy life for a while .
አመኑም ፡ ፡ እስከ ጊዜ ድረስም አጣቀምናቸው ፡ ፡

a blessing from us ; even so we recompense him who is thankful .
ከእኛ በኾነ ጸጋ ( አዳንናቸው ) ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁ ያመሰገነን ሰው እንመነዳለን ፡ ፡

" so we led you astray because we were ourselves astray . "
« ወደ ጥምመት ጠራናችሁም ፡ ፡ እኛ ጠማሞች ነበርንና » ( ይላሉ ) ፡ ፡

they said : we worship idols , so we shall be their votaries .
« ጣዖታትን እንገዛለን ፤ እርሷንም በመገዛት ላይ እንቆያለን » አሉ ፡ ፡

and they believed , so we gave them enjoyment [ of life ] for a time .
አመኑም ፡ ፡ እስከ ጊዜ ድረስም አጣቀምናቸው ፡ ፡

but pharaoh disobeyed the apostle ; so we seized him with a terrible seizing .
ፈርዖንም መልክተኛውን አመጸ ፤ ብርቱ መያዝንም ያዝነው ፡ ፡

so we saved him and his family , except his wife , whom we decreed should stay behind .
እርሱንና ቤተሰቦቹንም አዳን ፡ ፡ ሚስቱ ፤ ብቻ ስትቀር ፡ ፡ ( በጥፋቱ ውስጥ ) ከቀሪዎቹ አደረግናት ፡ ፡
