verify there are for you guardians ,
በእናንተ ላይ ተጠባባቂዎች ያሉባችሁ ፤ ስትኾኑ ፤

አመጽዋንና ፍርሃትዋንም ባሳወቃት ( አምላክ እምላለሁ ) ፡ ፡

alas , the woe for you !
ከዚያም ጥፋት ይጠጋህ ለአንተ የተገባህም ነው ፡ ፡

i'm waiting for you
እየጠበቅኩህ ነው

alas the woe for you , alas !
የምትጠላውን ነገር ( አላህ ) ያስከትልህ ፡ ፡ ለአንተ ተገቢህም ነው ፡ ፡

provision for you and your cattle .
ለእናንተም ለእንስሶቻችሁም መጠቀሚያ ይኾን ዘንድ ( ይህን ሠራን ) ፡ ፡

and exalted for you your esteem ?
መወሳትህንም ላንተ ከፍ አድርገንልሃል ፡ ፡

follow such as ask no wage of you , that are right-guided .
« እነርሱ ቅኑን መንገድ የተመሩ ሲኾኑ ዋጋን የማየጠይቁዋችሁን ሰዎች ተከተሉ » ( አላቸው ) ፡ ፡

and surely what comes after is better for you than that which has gone before .
መጨረሻይቱም ( ዓለም ) ከመጀመሪያይቱ ይልቅ ላንተ በላጭ ናት ፡ ፡

and inspired it ( with conscience of ) what is wrong for it and ( what is ) right for it .
አመጽዋንና ፍርሃትዋንም ባሳወቃት ( አምላክ እምላለሁ ) ፡ ፡

except those who believe and do the right : for them there is reward unending .
ግን እነዚያ ያመኑና መልካሞችን የሠሩ ለእነርሱ የማይቆረጥ ምንዳ አልላቸው ፡ ፡

and he will set right your deeds for you and will forgive you your sins . whosoever obeys god and his messenger has won a mighty triumph .
ሥራዎቻችሁን ለእናንተ ያበጅላችኋልና ፡ ፡ ኀጢአቶቻችሁንም ለእናንተ ይምርላችኋል ፡ ፡ አላህንና መልክተኛውን የሚታዘዝም ሰው በእርግጥ ታላቅን እድል አገኘ ፡ ፡

allah will set your deeds right for you and will forgive you your sins . whoever obeys allah and his messenger has achieved a great triumph .
ሥራዎቻችሁን ለእናንተ ያበጅላችኋልና ፡ ፡ ኀጢአቶቻችሁንም ለእናንተ ይምርላችኋል ፡ ፡ አላህንና መልክተኛውን የሚታዘዝም ሰው በእርግጥ ታላቅን እድል አገኘ ፡ ፡

and it is he who has created ears and eyes and hearts for you ; very little is the right you acknowledge .
እርሱም ያ መስሚያዎችንና ማያዎችን ልቦችንም ለእናንተ የፈጠረላችሁ ነው ፡ ፡ ጥቂትን እንጅ አታመሰግኑም ፡ ፡

" it is not right for us to speak of this . glory be to you ( o allah ) this is a great lie . "
በሰማችሁትም ጊዜ በዚህ ልንናገር ለእኛ አይገባንም ፡ ፡ ጥራት ይገባህ ፡ ፡ ይህ ከባድ ቅጥፈት ነው ፤ አትሉም ነበርን

o prophet , why do you forbid what allah has made lawful for you ? is it to please your wives ?
አንተ ነቢዩ ሆይ ! አላህ ለአንተ የፈቀደልህን ነገር ሚስቶችህን ማስወደድን የምትፈልግ ስትኾን ( ባንተ ላይ ) ለምን እርም ታደርጋለህ ? አላህም እጅግ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነው ፡ ፡

and remember we gave moses the scripture and the criterion ( between right and wrong ) : there was a chance for you to be guided aright .
ሙሳንም መጽሐፍንና ( እውነትና ውሸትን ) መለያንም ትመሩ ዘንድ በሰጠነው ጊዜ ( አስታውሱ ) ፡ ፡

and recall what time we separated the sea for you and delivered you and drowned fir 'awn 's house while ye looked on .
በናንተም ምክንያት ባሕሩን በከፈልን ጊዜ ( አስታውሱ ) ፡ ፡ ወዲያውም አዳንናችሁ ፡ ፡ የፈርዖንንም ቤተሰቦች እናንተ የምትመለከቱ ኾናችሁ አሰጠምናቸው ፡ ፡

and eat of what allah has provided for you [ which is ] lawful and good . and fear allah , in whom you are believers .
አላህም ከሰጣችሁ ሲሳይ የተፈቀደ ጣፋጭ ሲኾን ብሉ ፡ ፡ ያንንም እናንተ በርሱ አማኞች የኾናችሁበትን አላህን ፍሩ ፡ ፡
