ወደነዚያ ከመጽሐፉ ( ዕውቀት ) ዕድልን ወደ ተሰጡት አላየህምን ጥመትን ( በቅንነት ) ይገዛሉ ፡ ፡ መንገድንም እንድትሳሳቱ ይፈልጋሉ ፡ ፡

and when they hear vain talk , they turn away from it and say , " we have our actions and you have yours . we wish you peace .
ውድቅንም ቃል በሰሙ ጊዜ ከእርሱ ይርቃሉ ፡ ፡ « ለእኛ ሥራዎቻችን አሉን ፡ ፡ ለናንተም ሥራዎቻችሁ አሏችሁ ፡ ፡ ሰላም በእናንተ ላይ ( ይኹን ) ባለጌዎችን አንፈልግም » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

they wish you to become disbelievers as they are , so that you should become like them . therefore hold them not as friends until they go out of their homes in the way of god .
( እነርሱ ) እንደ ካዱ ብትክዱና እኩል ብትኾኑ ተመኙ ! በአላህም ሃይማኖት እስከሚሰደዱ ድረስ ከነሱ ወዳጆችን አትያዙ ፡ ፡ ( ከእምነት ) ቢያፈገፍጉም ያዙዋቸው ፤ ( ማርኩዋቸው ) ፡ ፡ ባገኛችሁበትም ስፍራ ግደሉዋቸው ፡ ፡ ከእነሱም ወዳጅንና ረዳትን አትያዙ ፡ ፡

“ and my advice will not benefit you if i wish you good , when allah wills to keep you astray ; he is your lord and to him you will return . ”
« ለእናንተም ልመክራችሁ ብሻ አላህ ሊያጠማችሁ ሽቶ እንደ ኾነ ምክሬ አይጠቅማችሁም ፡ ፡ እርሱ ጌታችሁ ነው ፡ ፡ ወደ እርሱም ትመለሳላችሁ » ( አላቸው ) ፡ ፡

saleh turned away from them and said : " o my people , i conveyed to you the message of my lord and warned you ; but you do not like those who wish you well . "
( ሷሊህ ) ከእነርሱም ዞረ ፡ ፡ ( እንዲህም ) አለ « ወገኖቼ ሆይ ! የጌታዬን መልክት በእርግጥ አደረስኩላችሁ ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም መከርኳችሁ ፡ ፡ ግን መካሪዎችን አትወዱም ፡ ፡ »
