« ለእናንተ ሃይማኖታችሁ አልላችሁ ፡ ፡ ለእኔም ሃይማኖቴ አለኝ ፡ ፡

ምን ማለትህ ነው

እነርሱ በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም በጣም ከሳሪዎቹ እነሱ መሆናቸው ጥርጥር የለውም ፡ ፡

he said , " you are strangers [ to me ] . "
( ሉጥ ) « እናንተ የተሳታችሁ ሕዝቦች ናችሁ » አላቸው ፡ ፡

and have tasted the good word of god, and the powers of the world to come,
መልካሙንም የእግዚአብሔርን ቃልና ሊመጣ ያለውን የዓለም ኃይል የቀመሱትን

for unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak.
ስለ እርሱ የምንናገርበትን የሚመጣውን ዓለም ለመላእክት ያስገዛው አይደለምና።

oh ! would that the death that came to me in the world had made an end of me !
« እርሷ ( ሞት ሕይወቴን ) ምነው ፈጻሚ በኾነች ፡ ፡

who bar from god 's way , desiring to make it crooked , disbelieving in the world to come .
( በደለኞች ) እነዚያ ከአላህ መንገድ የሚከለክሉ ፣ ( የአላህም መንገድ ) እንድትጣመምም የሚፈልጉዋት ፣ እነርሱም በመጨረሻዋ ዓለም ከሓዲዎች የኾኑ ናቸው ፡ ፡

and we gave him in this world good , and in the world to come he shall be among the righteous .
በቅርቢቱም ዓለም በጎን ነገር ሰጠነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም በእርግጥ ከመልካሞቹ ነው ፡ ፡

do you approach males among the worlds
« ከዓለማት ሰዎች ወንዶችን ትመጣላችሁን

and that those who do not believe in the world to come -- we have prepared for them a painful chastisement .
እነዚያም በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም የማያምኑት ለእነሱ አሳማሚ ቅጣትን አዘጋጅተንላቸዋል ፤

but whoso has been blind in this world shall be blind in the world to come , even farther astray from the path .
በዚህችም ዓለም ( ልበ ) ዕውር የኾነ ሰው እርሱ በመጨረሻይቱም ( ዓለም ) ይበልጥ ዕውር ነው ፡ ፡ መንገድንም በጣም የተሳሳተ ነው ፡ ፤

that , because they have preferred the present life over the world to come , and that god guides not the people of the unbelievers .
ይህ ( ቅጣት ) እነሱ ቅርቢቱን ሕይወት ከመጨረሻይቱ በመምረጣቸው ምክንያትና አላህም ከሓዲዎችን ሕዝቦች የማያቀና በመኾኑ ነው ፡ ፡

and whosoever is blind in this world shall be blind in the world to come , and he shall be even further astray from the way .
በዚህችም ዓለም ( ልበ ) ዕውር የኾነ ሰው እርሱ በመጨረሻይቱም ( ዓለም ) ይበልጥ ዕውር ነው ፡ ፡ መንገድንም በጣም የተሳሳተ ነው ፡ ፤

and ornaments ; surely all this is but the enjoyment of the present life , and the world to come with thy lord is for the godfearing .
የወርቅ ጌጥንም ( ባደረግንላቸው ነበር ) ፡ ፡ ይህም ሁሉ የቅርቢቱ ሕይወት መጣቀሚያ እንጅ ሌላ አይደለም ፤ ( ጠፊ ነው ) ፡ ፡ መጨረሻይቱም አገር በጌታህ ዘንድ ለጥንቁቆቹ ናት ፡ ፡

and god gave them the reward of this world and the fairest reward of the world to come ; and god loves the good-doers .
አላህም የቅርቢቱን ምንዳና የመጨረሻይቱን መልካም ምንዳ ሰጣቸው ፡ ፡ አላህም በጎ አድራጊዎችን ይወዳል ፡ ፡

for them is chastisement in the present life ; and the chastisement of the world to come is yet more grievous ; they have none to defend them from god .
ለእነሱ በቅርቢቱ ሕይወት ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡ የመጨረሻይቱም ( ዓለም ) ቅጣት በጣም የበረታ ነው ፡ ፡ ለእነሱም ከአላህ ( ቅጣት ) ምንም ጠባቂ የላቸውም ፡ ፡
