ငါတို့သည် ညီအစ်ကိုချင်းတို့ကို ချစ်သောကြောင့်၊ သေခြင်းမှ အသက်ရှင်ခြင်းသို့ ကိုယ်ကူးမြောက် သည်ကို ကိုယ်သိရကြ၏။ မိမိ ညီအစ်ကိုကို မချစ်သောသူသည် သေခြင်း၌တည်၏။

for now they shall say, we have no king, because we feared not the lord; what then should a king do to us?
ငါတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရားကို မကြောက်ရွံ့သော ကြောင့် ရှင်ဘုရင်မရှိ။ ရှင်ဘုရင်ရှိသော်လည်း၊ ငါတို့အဘို့ အဘယ်သို့ ပြုနိုင်မည်နည်းဟု ချက်ခြင်း ဆိုရကြမည်။

yea, all israel have transgressed thy law, even by departing, that they might not obey thy voice; therefore the curse is poured upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of moses the servant of god, because we have sinned against him.
အကယ်စင်စစ် ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားအပေါင်းတို့ သည် ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အသံကို နားမထောင်၊ လွှဲသွား၍ ပညတ်တရားတော်ကို လွန်ကျူးကြပါပြီ။ သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပြစ်မှားသော အပြစ်ကြောင့်၊ ကျိန်ဆိုတော် မူခြင်းတည်းဟူသော ဘုရားသခင်၏ ကျွန်မောရှေ၏ ပညတ္တိကျမ်း၌ မှတ်သားသော အကျိန်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ အပေါ်သို့ သွန်းလောင်းတော်မူ၏။

ငါတို့သည် အဘယ်ကြောင့် ထိုင်လျက်နေကြ သနည်း။ စုဝေးကြကုန်အံ့၊ ခိုင်ခံ့သော မြို့များအထဲသို့ ဝင်၍ တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာ နေကြကုန်အံ့။ ငါတို့သည် ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ပြစ်မှားသောကြောင့်၊ ငါတို့၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါတို့ကို တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာနေစေ၍၊ ဆေးခါးနှင့် ရောသော ရေကိုတိုက်တော်မူ၏။ ငါတို့သည် ချမ်းသာရေကို တိုက်တော်မူ၏။

therefore he said unto judah, let us build these cities, and make about them walls, and towers, gates, and bars, while the land is yet before us; because we have sought the lord our god, we have sought him, and he hath given us rest on every side. so they built and prospered.
ငါတို့သည် ငါတို့၏ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကြိုးစားရှာ၍၊ ထိုဘုရားသည် အရပ်ရပ်၌ ငြိမ်သက် သောအခွင့်ကို ပေးတော်မူသောကြောင့်၊ တပြည်လုံးကို အစိုးရစဉ်အခါ၊ ဤမည်သော မြို့တို့ကို ပြုစု၍ မြို့ရိုး၊ ပြအိုး၊ တံခါး၊ ကန့်လန့်ကျင်တို့ကို လုပ်ကြကုန်အံ့ဟု ယုဒလူတို့အား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
