ΕΞΕΔΩΣΕ ΤΟΝ ΠΑΡΟΝΤΑ ΚΑΝΟΝΙΣΜΟ:
on a request from the acp states submitted pursuant to article 168(2)(b) of the convention, and on a proposal from the commission, the eu council adopted on 10 october 1994 a regulation (2) whereby seedless table grapes were included in regulation no 715/90 on the arrangements applicable to agricultural products and certain goods resulting from the processing of agricultural products originating in the acp states.
Κατόπιν απήσεως των κρατών ΑΚΕ, η οποία υπεβλήθη σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 168 παράγραφος 2 β) της Σύμβασης, και μετά από πρόταση της Επιτροπής, το Συμβούλιο ΕΕ εξέδωσε, στις 10 Οκτωβρίου 1994, κανονισμό (2) που υπάγει τα αγίγαρτα εππραπέζια σταφύλια στον κανονισμό αριθ.
