los estudios dirigidos a analizar la experiencia mediática del usuario, y que abarcan desde las rutinas de consumo hasta la interpretación de los mensajes percibidos, se adscriben en sus comienzos a los estudios culturales. gracias a estos la problemática de la recepcióny el consumo de medios adquiere notoriedad, sin embargo, y como reconocen matterlart y neveu,este es “un campo de investigación que los supera”(2004: 83).
