as a student it is already part of our life of defeat. i have also experienced before that being a leader is also hard to accept that we lost in that activity because it was hard work and help help us to do the activity that i was asked to do so it is so important to us that we did success. . but not everyone always loses as long as every member works together to succeed and panging success.
bilang isang mag aaral ito ay bahagi na ng ating buhay ng pagkatalo. naranasan ko na rin dati na maging isang leader mahirap din tanggapin na kami ay natalo sa activity na iyon dahil ito ay pinaghirapan at tulong tulong kami para magawa ang activity na pinagawa sa amin kaya't ganoon na lang kahalaga sa amin na tagumpay ang aming ginawa. ngunit hindi lahat ay laging natatalo hangga't ang bawat miyembro ay nagtutulungan upang magtagumpay at panging success.

work immersion is definitely not going to be easy. one factor is my readiness. am i ready to be immersed in workplace? as being a student, work is not really on my mind yet, not until i graduated. that is, i am just half ready to face the workplace since it is necessary and or needed for me to graduate. and since i am not fully ready yet, i expect work immersion to be hard. there are a lot of adjustments, to the environment, to the co workers, and most importantly adjustment to being under a sup
