Онон, ки саркашӣ карда буданд, мегӯянд: «Ҳамаи мо дар оташем.

we are most knowing of what they say when the best of them in manner will say, "you remained not but one day."
Мо бар гуфтори онҳо огоҳтарем, он гоҳ ки некӯравиштарини онҳо мегӯяд: «Ҷуз як рӯз наистодаед».

those who had been arrogant will say: "we are all in this (fire)!
Онон, ки саркашӣ карда буданд, мегӯянд: «Ҳамаи мо дар оташем.

those who were proud say: lo! we are all (together) herein.
Онон, ки саркашӣ карда буданд, мегӯянд: «Ҳамаи мо дар оташем.

we are fully aware of what they say, when the most exemplary of them in conduct will say, “you have lingered only a day.”
Мо бар гуфтори онҳо огоҳтарем, он гоҳ ки некӯравиштарини онҳо мегӯяд: «Ҷуз як рӯз наистодаед».

tell them: "my service and sacrifice, my life and my death, are all of them for god, the creator and lord of all the worlds.
Бигӯ: «Намози ману қурбонии ман ва зиндагии ману марги ман барои Худо — он Парвардигори ҷаҳониён аст.

those who were arrogant will say, “we are all in it; god has judged between the servants.”
Онон, ки саркашӣ карда буданд, мегӯянд: «Ҳамаи мо дар оташем. Ва Худост, ки миёни бандагонаш довари кардааст!»

and when he beheld that their hands reached it not he misliked them, and ccnceived a fear of them. they said fear not verily we are sent unto the people of lut.
Ва чун дид, ки ба он даст дароз намекунанд, ононро нохуш дошт ва дар дил аз онҳо бимнок шуд, гуфтанд: «Матарс, мо бар қавми Лут фиристода шудаем».

and of them who say: verily we are nazarenes, we took a bond from them, but they have abandoned a good portion of that wherewith they were admonished.
Ва аз касоне, ки гуфтанд, ки мо насронӣ ҳастем, паймон гирифтем.

those who were proud will say, “we are all in the fire – indeed allah has already passed the judgement among the bondmen.”
Онон, ки саркашӣ карда буданд, мегӯянд: «Ҳамаи мо дар оташем. Ва Худост, ки миёни бандагонаш довари кардааст!»

joseph's brothers said to one another, "there is no doubt that joseph and his brother are more loved by our father, even though we are all his offspring.
Он гоҳ, ки гуфтанд: «Юсуф ва бародараш назди падарамон маҳбубтар аз мо ҳастанд, ҳол он ки мо худ гурӯҳе нерӯмандем.

and when he saw their hands reached not to it, he mistrusted them and conceived a fear of them. they said: fear not! lo! we are sent unto the folk of lot.
Ва чун дид, ки ба он даст дароз намекунанд, ононро нохуш дошт ва дар дил аз онҳо бимнок шуд, гуфтанд: «Матарс, мо бар қавми Лут фиристода шудаем».

but when he saw that their hands did not reach towards it, he was wary and became fearful of them, but they said: 'do not be afraid. we are sent to thenation of lot'
Ва чун дид, ки ба он даст дароз намекунанд, ононро нохуш дошт ва дар дил аз онҳо бимнок шуд, гуфтанд: «Матарс, мо бар қавми Лут фиристода шудаем».

and dispute not with the people of the book unless in the best manner, save with those of them who do wrong; and say: we believe in that which hath been sent down unto us and that which hath been sent down unto you: our god and your god is one; and unto him we are submissive.
Ва бигӯед: «Ба он чӣ бар мо нозил шуда ва он чӣ бар шумо нозил шудааст, имон овардем. Ва Худои мову Худои шумо якест ва мо дар баробари Ӯ гардан ниҳодаем».
