உன் கண்கள் குருடாகாது, என் மகனே

so when the eyes will be blinded by light.
ஆகவே, பார்வையும் மழுங்கி-

அவர்கள் எத்தகையோர் (என்றால்) என் நினைவை விட்டும் அவர்களுடைய கண்களில் திரையிடப் பட்டிருந்தன இன்னும் (நல்லுபதேசங்களைச்) செவிமடுக்கவும் அவர்கள் சக்தியற்றுப் போயினர்.

and on that day the news will be blinded for them, and they will not ask each other.
ஆனால் அந்நாளில் அவர்களுக்கு எல்லா விஷயங்களும் மூடலாகி போகும், ஆகவே, அவர்கள் ஒருவரையெருவர் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளவும் மாட்டார்கள்.

(அவ்வாறு பார்த்திருந்தால்) அவர்களுக்கு விளங்கிக் கொள்ளக்கூடிய உள்ளங்களும், (நல்லவற்றைச்) செவியேற்கும் காதுகளும் உண்டாகியிருக்கும், நிச்சயமாக (புறக்) கண்கள் குரடாகவில்லை எனினும், நெஞ்சக்குள் இருக்கும் இதயங்கள் (அகக் கண்கள்) தாம் குருடாகின்றன.

and they tried to persuade him regarding his guests – we therefore blinded their eyes, “so taste my punishment, and my warnings.”

அவர்கள் பூமியில் பிரயாணம் செய்து (இவற்றைப்) பார்க்கவில்லையா? (அவ்வாறு பார்த்திருந்தால்) அவர்களுக்கு விளங்கிக் கொள்ளக்கூடிய உள்ளங்களும், (நல்லவற்றைச்) செவியேற்கும் காதுகளும் உண்டாகியிருக்கும், நிச்சயமாக (புறக்) கண்கள் குரடாகவில்லை எனினும், நெஞ்சக்குள் இருக்கும் இதயங்கள் (அகக் கண்கள்) தாம் குருடாகின்றன.

and if it had been our will, we would surely have wiped out (blinded) their eyes, so that they would struggle for the path, how then would they see?
நாம் நாடியிருந்தால், நாம் அவர்களுடைய கண்களைப் போக்கியிருப்போம்; அப்பொழுது (அவர்கள் தப்பும்) வழிதேடி ஓடினால் அவர்கள் எதைப் பார்ப்பார்கள்?
