(நபியே! இன்னும்) நீர் கூறும்; "அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும் (அவன்) தூதருக்கும் வழிப்படுங்கள்." ஆனால் அவர்கள் புறக்கணித்துத் திரும்பி விடுவார்களானால் - நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் காஃபிர்களை நேசிப்பதில்லை.

o ye who believe! devour not your substance among yourselves unlawfully, but let it be a trading among you by mutual agreement. and slay not yourselves, verily allah is unto you ever merciful.
நம்பிக்கை கொண்டவர்களே! உங்களில் ஒருவருக்கொருவர் பொருந்திக் கொள்ளும் முறையில் ஏற்படுகிற வர்த்தகம் அல்லாமல், ஒருவர் மற்றொருவரின் பொருட்களை தவறான முறையில் உண்ணாதீர்கள்;. நீங்கள் உங்களையே கொலைசெய்து கொள்ளாதீர்கள் - நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் உங்களிடம் மிக்க கருணையுடையவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.

they ask thee regarding whatsoever they shall expend. say thou: whatsoever ye expend of wealth, let it be for the parents and kindred and orphans and the needy and the wayfarer and whatever good ye do, verily allah is the knower thereof.
அவர்கள் உம்மிடம் கேட்கிறார்கள்; "எதை, (யாருக்குச்) செலவு செய்யவேண்டும்" என்று. நீர் கூறும்; "(நன்மையை நாடி) நல்ல பொருள் எதனை நீங்கள் செலவு செய்தாலும், அதை தாய், தந்தையருக்கும், நெருங்கிய உறவினர்களுக்கும், அநாதைகளுக்கும், மிஸ்கீன்(ஏழை)களுக்கும், வழிப்போக்கர்களுக்கும் (கொடுங்கள்). மேலும் நீங்கள் நன்மையான எதனைச் செய்தாலும் நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் அதை அறிந்து (தக்க கூலி தருபவனாக) இருக்கிறான்."
