as an ordinance from us. we have been sending [apostles]
โดยทางบัญชามาจากเรา แท้จริงเราเป็นผู้ส่งมา

thou shalt therefore keep this ordinance in his season from year to year.
เพราะฉะนั้น พวกท่านจงปฏิบัติตามกฎพิธีนี้ตามกำหนดทุกๆปีไ

and ye shall observe this thing for an ordinance to thee and to thy sons for ever.
ท่านทั้งหลายจงถือพิธีนี้ให้เป็นกฎถาวรของท่านและของลูกหลานท่า

there is not one of you but shall approach it. that is a fixed ordinance of thy lord.
และไม่มีผู้ใดในหมู่พวกเจ้า นอกจากจะเป็นผู้ผ่านเข้าไปในมัน มันเป็นสิ่งที่กำหนดไว้แน่นอนแล้วสำหรับพระเจ้าของเจ้า

and it was so from that day forward, that he made it a statute and an ordinance for israel unto this day.
ตั้งแต่นั้นเป็นต้นไป ดาวิดก็ตั้งข้อนี้ให้เป็นกฎเกณฑ์และกฎแก่อิสราเอลจนทุกวันนี

and the sun runs on to a term appointed for it; that is the ordinance of the mighty, the knowing.
และดวงอาทิตย์โคจรตามวิถีของมัน นั่นคือ การกำหนดของพระผู้ทรงอำนาจ ผู้ทรงรอบรู้

had it not been for an ordinance of allah which had gone before, an awful doom had come upon you on account of what ye took.
“หากว่าไม่มีพระกำหนด จากอัลลอฮฺล่วงหน้าอยู่ก่อน แน่นอนการลงโทษอันมหันต์ก็ประสบแก่พวกเจ้าแล้ว เนื่องในสิ่งที่พวกเจ้าเอา ”

allah effaceth what he will, and establisheth (what he will), and with him is the source of ordinance.
อัลลอฮฺทรงยกเลิกสิ่งที่พระองค์ทรงประสงค์ และทรงยืนหยัดให้มั่น (สิ่งที่พระองค์ทรงประสงค์) และที่พระองค์คือแม่บทแห่งคัมภีร์ (อัลลูฮุลมะฮฺฟูซ)

and how many a community revolted against the ordinance of its lord and his messengers, and we called it to a stern account and punished it with dire punishment,
มีชาวเมืองกี่มากน้อยแล้วที่ฝ่าฝืนพระบัญชาของพระเจ้าของพวกเขา และบรรดาร่อซูลของพระองค์เราได้ชำระพวกเขาด้วยการชำระอย่างเข้มงวด และเราได้ลงโทษพวกเขาด้วยการลงโทษอย่างหนัก

and there is not a town but we will destroy it before the day of resurrection or chastise it with a severe chastisement; this is written in the divine ordinance.
และไม่มีหมู่บ้านใดเว้นแต่เราเป็นผู้ทำลายมันก่อนถึงวันกิยามะฮ หรือเป็นผู้ลงโทษมันด้วยการลงโทษอย่างสาหัส นั่นมันได้ถูกบันทึกไว้แล้วในบันทึก

he directeth the ordinance from the heaven unto the earth; then it ascendeth unto him in a day, whereof the measure is a thousand years of that ye reckon.
พระองค์ทรงบริหารกิจการจากชั้นฟ้าสู่แผ่นดิน แล้วมันจะขึ้นไปสู่พระองค์ในวันหนึ่งซึ่งกำหนดของมันเท่ากับหนึ่งพันปีตามที่พวกเจ้านับ

he splits the sky into dawn. he has ordained the night for rest and the sun, and the moon for reckoning. such is the ordinance of the almighty, the knowing.
ผู้ทรงเผยอรุโณทัย และทรงให้กลางคืนเป็นเวลาพักผ่อน และทรงให้ดวงอาทิตย์และดวงจันทร์เป็นการคำนวณ นั่นคือการกำหนดให้มีขึ้นของผู้ทรงเดชานุภาพ ผู้ทรงปรีชาญาณ

and this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the lord throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.
วันนั้นจะเป็นวันที่ระลึกสำหรับเจ้า ให้เจ้าทั้งหลายถือไว้เป็นเทศกาลแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ตลอดชั่วอายุของเจ้า เจ้าจงฉลองเทศกาลนี้และถือเป็นกฎถาว

and those who are given knowledge and faith will say: certainly you tarried according to the ordinance of allah till the day of resurrection, so this is the day of resurrection, but you did not know.
และบรรดาผู้มีความรู้และศรัทธา กล่าว (ตอบโต้พวกเขา) ว่า “โดยแน่นอน พวกท่านได้พำนักอยู่ตามกำหนดของอัลลอฮฺจนกระทั่งวันฟื้นคืนชีพ ดังนั้นนี่คือวันฟื้นคืนชีพแต่พวกท่านไม่ยอมเชื่อ”

no blame there is upon the prophet in that which allah hath decreed for him. that hath been allah's dispensation with those who have passed away afore - and the ordinance of allah hath been a destiny destined
ไม่เป็นการลำบากใจอันใดแก่ท่านนะบี ในสิ่งที่อัลลอฮฺทรงกำหนดให้แก่เขา (นี่คือ) แนวทางของอัลลอฮฺ (ที่ได้มีขึ้นแล้ว) ต่อบรรดาผู้ได้ล่วงลับในสมัยก่อน และพระบัญชาของอัลลอฮฺนั้นได้กำหนดไว้แล้ว

then he decreed them as seven heavens in two days, and revealed unto each heaven the command thereof; and we bedecked the nether heaven with lamps and placed therein a guard. that is the ordinance of the mighty, the knower.
ดังนั้นพระองค์ทรงสร้างมันสำเร็จเป็นชั้นฟ้าทั้งเจ็ดในระยะเวลา 2 วัน และทรงกำหนดในทุกชั้นฟ้าหน้าที่ของมัน และได้ประดับท้องฟ้าแห่งโลกนี้ด้วยดวงดาวทั้งหลาย และเป็นการป้องกัน (ให้พ้นจากชัยฏอน) นั่นคือ การกำหนดแห่งพระผู้ทรงอำนาจ ผู้ทรงรอบรู้

[we sent them] with clear proofs and written ordinances. and we revealed to you the message that you may make clear to the people what was sent down to them and that they might give thought.
ด้วยหลักฐานทั้งหลายที่ชัดแจ้ง และคัมภีร์ต่างๆ ที่ศักดิ์สิทธิ์ และเราได้ให้อัลกุรอานแก่เจ้าเพื่อเจ้าจะได้ชี้แจง(ให้กระจ่าง)แก่มนุษย์ซึ่งสิ่งที่ได้ถูกประทานมาแก่พวกเขา และเพื่อพวกเขาจะได้ไตร่ตรอง
