(2) hospodářský význam některých rodů a druhů, které nejsou v současnosti zahrnuty v příloze ii směrnice 92/34/es, vzrostl. proto je důležité, aby byly zahrnuty mezi rody a druhy vyjmenované v příloze ii uvedené směrnice. je měly by být zahrnuty tyto rody a druhy: castanea sativa mill., ficus carica l., fortunella swingle, poncirus raf. a vaccinium l. dále je třeba přidat druhy rodu citrus, fragaria, pyrus, ribes a rubus k druhům citrus sinensis (l.) osbeck, c. limon (l.) burm. f., c.reticulata blanco, c. paradisi macf,, c. aurantifolia (christm.) swing, fragaria x ananassa duch. (jahodník), pyrus communis l., ribes (červený rybíz) a rubus (ostružiník), a cydonia mill. by se měl nahradit druhem cydonia oblonga mill.
