the building at seevorstadt 75 is the administrative headquarters of the centrepasquart museum, which the foundation wanted to sell to raise resources for maintenance of the museum (art gallery) property.

the first two parts will unfold within public space in the streets and squares of biel/bienne, while the third part will consist of a more historical reflection at the city’s public art gallery, the art centre centrepasquart.
